    first of all Hope for everyone to be good and safe
    Driving for company otr under 1099form
    Now days everyone know about the virus effict it around and our job going traveling from place to place far and close contact with a lot of people inside and out side
    So the company decided to stop for sometimes until getting better for more safe the only way I guess to be home and safe .
    So I'm working under 1099form CA state
    Was thinking to apply for unemployment benefits but I heard 1099form not qualified for it . But in this time is there's anyone there heard if we still have options to get benefits because of the virus condition ?

    Thats one of the negative things about 1099, no unemployment money. Cali is cracking down on 1099 drivers. Best to go to a company that pays W2.

    1099form Don't know what to do now days no work no benefit covers even with this coronavirus issues . And they asking the people stay home for safe life

    I don’t remember what website I read it on, but the feds are supposed to be covering people on 1099. I would apply anyway the worst they can do is deny the claim.

    Sure I did for each year
    Sure I do tax for each year
    What ever they ask me to pay when I file my tax they take it from me over the counter right away

    in my state, 1099's are being able to collect unemployment, due to this corona virus....

    check each day in your state.
