I like Nando's Peri Peri a lot. I think it's better than Tabasco and Cholula, better flavor. I'm particular to the garlic one myself but the regular medium is good to. Haven't tried the hotter ones, the garlic and medium are hot enough for me.

Got hooked on it while I was in Africa a number of years ago and when I returned I ordered it from an importer for a bit, then Amazon started carrying it, then they popped up in Fred Meyer(Kroger), and now recently saw it at Walmart.

Cholula for the win. Not burn your tongue hot and tons of flavor.

San Luis hot sauce is really good not too spicy just right. You can find it for a dollar at HEB and Walmart. 20200518_165255.jpg

You can find Crystal at some Dollar General stores. It is excellent in wraps and sandwiches.

Sometimes I mix that one with xxxtra hot El Yucateco for more heat. The last dab is amazing if you really like some heat.

Texas Pete on eggs and sandwiches, 3 parts Sriracha 1 part honey for dipping sauce, it's awesome on wings. Heinz makes a Honeyracha sauce, it's ok just not hot enough but it's convenient to carry in the truck for when you want it.

Recently tried the Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce and was really pleasantly surprised! It's really good! Very smoky, has some kick but not scorching hot.

I believe it will make the regular rotation of sauces for me.

On the more rare side I like the Pain brand sauces. They have them at Firehouse subs. They come in a flask and are labeled by percent pain, the higher the hotter they are.

My regular rotation since they are found most stores is Cholula varieties, Tabasco Varieties and occasionally Louisiana Hot Sauce, but the latter isn't really hot enough for my tastes.
