Good, you have less things that can go wrong, and 630 is shorter lighter cab, less presure on cab suspension . As was mentioned above, perhaps cab mont bushings
This square cab torq rod bushing also doesnt last long on my heavier 780, max one year but is cheap easy to replace myself. I would consider replacing it if old , cracked or still the original. When the ruber get cracked like this , (inside pr ouside ) is done, wont hold the cab on the middle. Another problem i experienced was bad cab air springs, leaking, especially around the air supply line , the fitting take a spray bottle with water soap and check it.
I also experienced the cab suspension beam lose from cab, right side, the weld snapped, it's spot welded not very solid. .

When the rear of cab is shifted to the left or the right that's a sure sign the cab bushings are worn out.

The cab bushings are located right before the firewall right above the frame rail.

You will need to remove the side skirts and front inner fender splash panels to access and R&R the cab bushing brackets.

On a DPF Volvo you may need to remove the burner and filter assembly in order to access the passenger side bracket and bushing.

Once you remove the cab bushing bracket, the old bushing will need to be pressed out and the new one pressed in.

I believe there is a YouTube video on R&R the cab bushings.

The governor should have a plastic dust cap over the adjustment screw, remove the cover and turning the screw counterclockwise will raise the cutoff.

There are YouTube videos on adjusting the governor too.

Nope. Only has 4 additional gauges in display; outside temp, engine oil temp, voltmeter, & compass. There are several different gauge packages for these trucks so not all of them have the good ones like suspension pressure.

I must have a good one. Shows air suspension and each tire pressure and wheel temp.

The cab bushings don't get blocked by the DPF, so it's the same process to remove them either way. It is super tight trying to get a wrench on the inside of the frame, though.

I totally forgot to post the outcome of my truck issues so I’ll go ahead and put that on here so the solution can be known.

As far as the lower working air pressure goes... I think that’s really just a Volvo thing. I went thru with soap & water and fixed every little air leak I found, which ended up being very many! After all leaks were fixed, truck stayed aired up for almost a week at a time without draining the tanks completely and the working PSI did raise slightly.

Now for my suspension & handling problems.... I installed brand new front and rear cab bushings (there’s only 3) and HOLY COW what a difference! I’m talking about night vs. day when it came to the ride quality and performance! Oh, I also replaced the rear air ride height control leveling valve (found out it was leaking-back-thru the valve when truck was off) and that helped a ton as well. It felt like I was in a 100% brand new truck after these 2 repairs were made. They were relatively cheap repairs too considering the specific issues and related systems. Cured every single bit of the rough/choppy ride, leaning or swaying while driving down road, especially going around curves, and the cab isn’t sitting more to one side anymore... it’s perfectly straight now.

So there it is. I definitely learned that you cannot overlook those rubber bushings! I would have never in a million years thought that a couple little bushings, not much bigger than a shot glass, could have such an impact on the ride quality, performance, and safety of a big truck.

Thanks again to all those that helped me out and gave their input. Seriously, I really do appreciate it!

Thank you for this update. My 2016 feels like it's bottoming out so I thought it needed some cab shocks. When I got to looking at it, I noticed the cab leaning over to one side. Nothing appears cracked or broken but it rides horrible.

How easy are these to change? Something I can do in my home shop? I have a cherry picker, floor jack, bottle jack and a hydraulic ram kit. How do you support the cab while they are changed?
