That is probably a International. But I know nothing about it other than take a stab at the 40's war years.

There is very little that goes on something like that, impossible to break if its working right.

Saw a bed bugger heading north on 5 today had sleeper that had to be 15 ft long

 

I like to call those: Alley dockers.

 

They can build good stuff, just not the ISX line.
