What's up with Stevens??

I merely gave the original poster some advice then answered another persons question in regards to my bike. Dont get you panties in a wad.

 

I have worked for Stevens myself...Good and bad things. But right now you have to be very very careful about Stevens and others like Central Ref. They want students to attend there school then will make you sit and till you they have no trucks available. For the Lease deal well just wouldn't touch that right now!!!! Period! To many drivers getting the shaft on the lease deals with these mill companies. If you want a lease deal and you have 2 years exp in the last 3 years try a company called Greatwide good company I know many drivers and know the term man in FtWorth. Good folks but they do require a $2000 down to keep out drivers that won't stick around...Please steer clear of these companies like Stevens, Central Ref, Swift, Warner, Knight, England, CRST etc... THEY WILL BS you !! Will tell you how great it is! If its so great to work for there company then why are they always having to talk driver into there drivers seats! Just my 2cents...take it leave it... been there done that! Good look to you!!!

 

Can anyone tell me what companies I could get on with to do maybe 2-4 day runs and back from the fort worth area? Like through Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colrado Louisiana etc?
