Would installing a turbo off an n14 help or add any power or would I be wasting my time. Reason I'm asking is I have approximately 10 of these turbos brand new from Cummins and wouldn't mind getting some more power out of it without having to swap in a Detroit or 3406b cat engine.

There is no substitute for cubic inches. L10 is about 610 CID.
If the turbo will even bolt up you need a balanced system. Fuel, air, exhaust. Just adding one of them sometimes makes things worse.Deere hunter and Bean Jr. Thank this. -
What's up with the turbos? Where are they ? And how much you want per a unit or for the whole lot?
Brand new or rebuilds.Deere hunter Thanks this. -

It may help at hi rpm but will have a case of turbo lag at low rpm like a much lower hp eng. at lower rpm?

Never cared for the L10. Back in the 80's, company I worked for got several new Louisville Ford tandems with L10 motors. Some slick salesperson saw them coming with lofty claims of 10 mpg. Yeah, on paper maybe, but grossing 80K, foot to the floor all day, didn't get any better mileage than a BC, and we burned them out in a year and a half.
Deere hunter, AModelCat and BoxCarKidd Thank this. -

you better put a lot of fuel on that L10

if You like major boost lag and no power coming out of the hole, then by all means do that swap
