Aw man. Some ####### built a replica cop car and went on a killing spree in Nova Scotia this morning. 10 victims.

Sounds like they shot the piece of #### dead at least.

I'm not real sure tbh. He could have been but this is my current average, I drive it flat footed and let it shift which its set up currently to pull out to 1800 or so before shifting if it detects a load. 20200419_175431.jpg

They don't even do a 500k warranty any more. 3yr/300k on paccar products

Grossing 80k when loaded? Being a stick you've got a decent ratio in the diffs id imagine. This high rear end is not where its at for mileage

My Genie trip from North Bend, WA to DFW hand calculated at 6.8mpg

I was right at 80k till Denver where I shed 4K in weight....

Assuming you don’t have an APU. That would makeup the difference imo.

Ya know, the more I think about it 6.3 might not be that bad..?

You are always up there near 80k with the hopper..
& you move out pretty quick.. I've seen that speedo pegged a time or 3..! LoL :D

Do you remember what type of trailer the fella you spoke with is pulling..?

Nope. No apu, not even the battery powered style.

With the brakes set it switches to idle usage and doesn't calculate the mileage using idle fuel usage.

    That DD15 500hp? I'm only 455/1650(?)

    505/1750

Makes those grades out west feel significantly smaller than the 455/1650 ISX I transitioned from.

Generally try to load to 79,500 on half tanks or less so when I fill up I'm around 80,500-80,900.

He was pulling a 48x102x78 Wilson hopper, aluminum subframe and apron(?) and, aluminum outers steel inners on lo pro 22.5s

I pull a 40x96x78 timpte, steel sub, aluminum apron and, aluminums all around on lo pro 22.5s

I scale empty at 27,900 with me off.
