I will never run out of fuel on this route I am doing. lol
but I do like the 2 fuel stop option.

 

jurupa terminal.
tcalled the load here.a
drove over to shop to sign in for my 6am appt for b service.
walked over to terminal and saw no one was using the laundry room.
so walked back and got my dirty laundry and got that done.
grabbed whatever food that was available, which was a turkey sandwich and ate that while doing clothes
men showers ate closed for some reason
another driver asked the guy at the window and he said it be closed for a few days till maintenance guy shows.
they had it closed for renovation for 3 months and.already broke?
doesn't hurt me cause I don't take showers at terminals.

 

Neither do I.

I have never been sure how often they are actually cleaned, or how well.

 

Im also at JV, did 34 in Phoenix and dropped my empty at Beaumont. Get loaded tomorrow and start the back and forth again.

 

I'm in the East. Nothing in FL is open for dine in eating. But most everywhere is still open for take out, curb side, and delivery. We did Olive Garden Saturday and Cracker Barrel for breakfast yesterday.

I was able to swing by the Gary terminal today to pick up a couple masks.
I was given 2 paper masks, so washing is not possible. They probably won't even be used unless someplace requires me to.

 

finally got truck out of shop.
was 1st truck in at 0600 this morning and got the b service done around 10am.
then they had the windshield replaced.
took about 2 hrs for them to show.
then they i.stalled the new drive cam
no driver facing lens to cover and it's about half the size

 

have a live load tomorrow at 0830 I chino ca and taking that to beaver ut for a swap. hopefully Denver has a load for the other guy.

 

Every time I read that route I feel sorry for you.
Back and forth so much, time and time again.

I know some people like that sort of thing, but it would truly drive me insane in a very short time.
I'm starting to feel cramped running the GLR stuff for a few weeks.

 

doesn't bother me. coonsistant miles and pay is good.
I try and not stop at same places in between.
though I like Petro in Las Vegas when the jets are flying
