    Greatwide is quickly becoming a brokerage conglomerate my absorbing smaller brokerage companies. So why would they have a billing department that screws over owner operators? Its been over 2 1/2 months that our company has had an outstanding invoice that they said they were holding due to not having our address. They clearly had our address because we had to do a set up packet for them. And, if they did not have our address, why would they not reach out to us to get it? I sent several invoices with no response until I called. And that was over a month ago and still no payment. The billing department was rude when I finally go a hold of someone. Owner operators beware, unless you have the money to float for whatever your load rate is, do not do business with this company.

    We have done business with them in the past and most likely will do going forward, we never had any issues getting paid, maybe because we factor our loads.

    As of today, 3/21/19 still no payment. We choose not to factor our loads, but that should not account for such a delay.

    I hate to admit it, I ran pretty steadily last 2 years for a Greatwide agent. I have my own authority. We were billing them out $10-20,000 invoices a month sometimes more. I was never slow paid, and all invoices paid in full quickly. Maybe we got lucky, there was 1 invoice in the beginning where we left a load number off and I had to call. After that never had a issue. Paid within 10-20 days. I don’t factor

    Not sure about what he is saying, I am lease to them and if you’re paperwork is not 100% you will get nothing until such is done, Greatwide is not buying any company, Evans is buying any company you are talking about because they own us, if you run a broker load it’s a agent load are a load the agent have no business brokering in the first place, again if the paperwork is not done right you will get nothing from them, sometimes I have to wait 3 weeks are 3 months, paperwork better be done right so don’t blame them because you did not get your paperwork done right,

    This is not the time to come here are any were rates such really bad, other than that you will have to learn the company as to which agents have their own loads are you will be working on load broads,
