Sorry to here this Amodel. I went through a similar situation some years ago. Thought I lost a job from a place I was gonna retire from. It was spring and sprint car season was starting. Had enough money to go racing all summer. Thought maybe I would find a full time ride. However lasted a week. The towing/ repair shop 11 miles closer to home called and ask when I could start. It was more money but I kinda looked down at it the first year. Short of the long story. It was a great job, great people. Made enough money to buy a couple houses, and set myself up to start trucking. Made some great friends. I didnt believe it myself. But things do have a way of working out.

I met MC Hammer. Cool guy. I asked for an autograph for my niece. "Yeah sure. What's her name?"
David Hasselhoff. Stuck up. Eddie Van Halen. "Hi bro. I'm Eddie!" Clint Eastwood. Kind of aloof. A pleasure to meet you, I said. Just said "Thank you"
Bruce Penhall. Retired motorcycle racing champion who was running a stage lighting business. I recognized him and mentioned his motorcycle days. Very humble, said "Once upon a time"
Vera Miles, lovely woman, even in her 60s said Nice to meet you too!" Chuck Norris. I was taking some training from an associate of his and met him at the studio. Nicest guy in the world. Former Los Angeles mayor Tom Bradley. Several times. Always very dignified. And as an amateur musician I met and got to play with a sidemen from legendary country singers groups. Grady Martin and Billy Martinez who played Guitar and drums respectively for Marty Robbins. And Don Markham who played horns in Merle Haggard's Strangers band for over thirty years.

    Stuck up?

Two come to mind: Robert Redford and Jimmy “JJ” Walker. Redford was a major prick. ‘I am HE. Fawn over me.’ Sorry dude, I don’t like you or Barbara Streisand.

I can kinda understand why Jimmy Walker was. Imagine everywhere you go on planet earth, people run up to you and point and scream, “DY NO MITE!!!” Ain’t had a job in 45 years, ugly as Hell, and everyone remembers you as being the illiterate black kid that screamed Dynomite ona 70s TV show. I sure hope he’s getting royalties.

Except no one checked to see if they fit on the trailers

only about one million percent humidity here

Man, that is a wild list.! I must admit, I have to look up maybe half of them. I've seen lot of TV movies, but don't always know who all the actors are..

If you don't mind me asking, were you in a certain line of work that brought you around lots of famous people, or just chance encounters..?
