2012 cascadia dd13 no power

clean the ports for the EGR delta P sensor.
The holes plug up with soot and the sensor doesnt read correctly.

common symptoms of this issue is a delay in response and no fault codes to TS.

the delay can be felt stationary, it doesnt have to be loaded or moving.

 

Have you ever thought about making those holes bigger? A fraction of a millimeter. What do you think would be the effect? A Venturi pipe used on eBay goes for about 30 bucks.

 

the pipe has a teflon coating that is supposed to prevent buildup. drilling it would for sure damage that coating. also the ports have a bend that makes drilling larger, impossible.
