Is there a meeting going on at the Flying J in Effingham? There are 3 other Millis trucks here.

 

It's my fuel stop on my current load. Was not me though. Won't get there until tomorrow. Maybe theirs. Or possibly they wanted the good ole Pilot/Flying J "hospitality"

 

Its fricking ridiculous that someone would take the shop car in Trenton and be gone 3 hours and counting!

 

Lots of selfish, only care about me, people in this world.

 

It was 4 hours when I was there, and it wasn't me with the car. I was the one in the red shirt.

 

Normally I would pc, but I had to go to bank. Anyway I ended up pcing and had to stand outside bank drive thru window in the rain. Wasn’t the end of the world but it did suck.

 

Were you wearing a mask? I need to go to the bank before this pandemic ends because I want to demand money from a bank teller while wearing a mask and not have the cops show up.

 

Hope no mechanics lost their jobs due to shop hour shake up. My favorite mechanics were the Trenton second shift guys. Always helpful and easy to talk too.

 

Me too. I'm guessing since it is 12 hour span per day that maybe the shifts will be staggered. Such as 6-2 & 10-6 with different staff coming in for each shift. No idea, just a thought.

 

I wonder how that's supposed to work. Most of the shops seem swamped as it is. Especially the trailer guys. And now with the new trucks and trailers lacking the self-greasers, they'll need serviced more often.
