Oh im so sorry yes we'd love to help but loans cant be modified until theyre 3 months past due. Call us then.

3 months later.. Sorry you dont qualify for a loan mod and we wont take the 1 month payment youre offering.. We want every penny of all 3 months right now. On second thought youre a bad credit risk, we demand all $100k right now in full. Oh you dont have it? Well we sold your loan to seterus and you owe each of us $100k because were both gonna try to collect on the same note.

do you have very early am start times?

 

Usually 6:15-6:30. I've come in at 4;30ish before tho, but it's rare. I'm sure there are threads discussing rental companies somewhere on this site, but I don't know where.

To me personally? Long story id rather keep mostly private. Not too far from the example i made up. We lost 2 houses and ended up briefly homeless with young kids.

But it all worked out. Life is good now.
