$10,000 EIDL GRANT

It sounded like during the first round. On this forum. Not all banks are approved to participate

 

I finally got my 1000 from the EIDL and my 1200 from the stimulus today. I didn’t even file for the EIDL until the Friday after it was announced. Like 3 days after. My number was like 800 trillion something

 

Yes I also got the 1k from SBA and 1200 stimulus. Turned out to be worth it to take the chance and file for it.

 

Were able to negotiate something with loan mountain?
Or got some response from the PPP/SBA?

 

I don't think most here want to jump through all the hoops when there's no gurantee you will get the loan, or how much you'll be on the hook for to pay back. It sounds like you were more prepared than anyone and will do quite well in not having to pay back.

I went back to work a couple of weeks ago, back to OTR refrigerated. I'm getting better rates on contract freight, but it's not great. Maybe I should have stayed home and jumped through the hoops to get a loan and unemployment. But I'm glad to get away from my apartment. Things were getting strange there.

 

How many times can we beat a dead horse, before we realize it's doing no good. I think we are at that point.

Im waiting on my 2019 taxes to get done. Tax Lady went on Vacation, as She does every year. I waited till 15th to drop them off, since the deadline was extended. Oh well, My steady Shipper is 3x busier than ever, but is giving all the freight to a Mega. Really angers Me. They’ve used Me a few times on difficult loads. Emphasize Used. I think I’ll quit hauling for them all together. Regardless of what happens.The Mega will be gone, when freight picks up again. Then I’ll be “ family” again. Lol What a joke. 16 yr history with them. New Traffic Managers a young Hotshot. Doesn’t even know how to schedule delivery’s. We had to help him figure it out in the beginning. No Loyalty.
