Where is everyone #5

Neighbors at the bottom of my hill are raising their 3 grandkids because the sperm doner is just that. 11 12 and 8 y/o girl. They've already been riding utility quads and razr's. They wanna get into racing so ima start teaching them on the the 4 wheel Zuk. Gonna have to set the screw in so they don't kill themselves. For you guys not into the racing scene a 450 efi that weighs 368 lbs with 50 hp is stupid fast stock.

Will do 73-74 pegged in 5th at 11,200 rpm and lift the wheels up no problem in 4th.

Their grandpa is an ex fed ex freight driver. Im pumped about getting to teach them to ride.

Finally done laying tile at 1am. Couple days to dry then we can start grout.

 

Looks dang good.! Look at it like this, you've may still have been making money for most of the time your tucks been parked. I'd say you've substantially increased the properly value.!

 

And when your done with grout, you get to seal it.

Nice work tug. A few years back it was both of our 1st time with tile and grout, came out real good the 2nd time LOL.

Some blue stone would look good mixed in here n there. We have a ton laying around up at the quarry. Can't beat free lol. Mostly just broken left. May have to trim some trees going up the goat path tho lol.

Speaking of broken tile....

Baldwin Lodge is engulfed with trees and undergrowth but was once a beautiful place in the turn of the century. The main sidewalk as well as pool are covered in multiple colors of broken tile. Far as I know there is only 3 pictures that remain of it.....
