Depends on what you’re looking at. There are Columbia’s with 12.7’s and 600k for less than $30k on Truckpaper. Newer Columbia’s in the $70k range. Any Paccar glider will still be stupid money.

You can find nice W9's and 379 from 2000 to 05 with fresh or recent platinum Cat overhauls on 6nz engines around the price your looking at a glider for.

If you had time and do the work yourself, I would buy an older truck pre elog and restore it. That’s what I did and have no regrets .. I bought a Freightliner FLD. The FLD is super easy to work on and cheap Cheap to buy. The FLD also has a little aero and still some hood and gets good fuel mileage. I chose it because parts are cheap and available everywhere. The picture is not my truck it’s one of the members in the FLD group. .

I like the look of the FLDs but those are a little old for me since I wont be doing any of the mechanical work that needs fixing.

I know I've seen colombias listed as 2016,17,18,19,20s...but I assumed these gliders were peiced together from a older colombia truck with some new parts and a rebuilt engine and placed with a year sticker from whatever year the glider was finished being made.
