got here at 1300 and tried to dwliver it early.
not this time lol. was 4 other swift trucks here a d kinda new it was gonna be bad news lol.
spent the nite and now in dock at 4 am.
next load picks up in fontana ca and back to beaver ut.

 

love the desert. miss the camping and riding quads. had to sell due to going broke.
also love the ocean. not to swim in but fish lol

 

You could still fish and swim at the same time . You just might need a herd of sea mammals to get you up to speed.

guy said it be 1.5 hrs b4 getting here.

still on side of freeway.
guy couldn't fix it. didnt even bring the part.
now back on hold with onroad to set up a tow.

I'm at the TA in Hebron, OH.

I was stacked with 2 loads this morning, the first being a t-called load from Columbus that was already late.
I got the pplan at 0745, was 30 miles away from the terminal, and delivery was scheduled for no later than 1300 - 470 miles away.
When I countered it with the time I could actually deliver it, it was removed.
I'm wondering when that trailer was actually t-called, and if they could have sent it to me yesterday as I was sitting most of the day.

The second plan was probably to get me close for my home time, but the times were way too short and I would have turned it down in any case.
The delivery had a firm delivery time of 0600, but the place is FCFS from 0600-1400. Go figure.
Well and good, as I didn't want to go to PA anyways.

I used PC to get to a Walmart for some shopping and then came here. No sense wasting HOS time when I'll get a 34 out of all this sitting.
My PTA was Friday at 1000. Now it is Saturday, at 2010.

 

if you wanted the tcall you could just accept it then send a macro 22 saying “already late when I got preplan”
