My guess is that they are a company driver and can get binders at the terminal. But a ladder is not company issue...
But they didn't take my new container...it's got my plastic edge protectors, OS flags/banner etc, carpet scrap from my new wall to wall install, and I don't remember what else. It's light to move and the darn box cost me 25$ iirc....

That is true. Except the employees use them for something and if I don’t check before I leave to float equipment I would find out I’m a few pieces short on securement. 
The one low boy, I recently retired all the chains on it as some have broke. So the company now has extras for the employees to play with without touching my company equipment.
