My guess is that they are a company driver and can get binders at the terminal. But a ladder is not company issue...
But they didn't take my new container...it's got my plastic edge protectors, OS flags/banner etc, carpet scrap from my new wall to wall install, and I don't remember what else. It's light to move and the darn box cost me 25$ iirc....

Actually. I'm wrong. The new box is what moved the ladder from vertical on the shelf and next to the chain that I ran thru. So the ladder moved up and horizontal and unlocked. So I'd say that box cost me an additional 60$...

:laughing6::laughing6::laughing6: That is true. Except the employees use them for something and if I don’t check before I leave to float equipment I would find out I’m a few pieces short on securement. :biggrin_25510:

The one low boy, I recently retired all the chains on it as some have broke. So the company now has extras for the employees to play with without touching my company equipment.

    I have 6 trailers I’m in charge of :D

Too much work for the other employees.

Everyone always gives me crap for stowing my ladder behind my passenger seat.... but it’s never grown legs and walked off on me so there’s that.

Consider some sort of chain lock in the future if you plan on stowing it out and in the open.

Yup. I have a chain on the rack, you'd have to be a mind reader to get the addalinks off in the right sequence and then only after the lock is removed. Well off to add to my home Depot card LoL. And maybe a multipack of same key locks.
My passenger seat is the kitchen counter and I'm already less hygienic in my truck than I would ever tolerate in my kitchen at home. I couldn't bring myself to put the ladder inside even if I could make room....

I’d move out of the house and live in the truck. That looks like a house for one person to be comfortable. :)

Yep. I don't go home to the wooden house on a foundation, so I make here as nice as possible so I don't spend money on eating out or motels. I live pretty high class homeless LoL. Helps me afford my NYS property taxes back home LoL

You tied the ladder to the underside of the trailer?

    And double locked.
