SRT **PROFESSIONAL DRIVER TURNOVER**

Charged with DUI?
In the beginning the lady said he was tired just looking for somewhere to park for the night... I'm curious what influence he was under..

 

Drugs possibly. With DUI it doesn’t always mean that alcohol is involved.

 

The driver shortage spin has always been a tool to manipulate ...
it was and likely still is the industries way of inflating the
ego's of the gullible.

Recruiters using the language of ' the shortage ' in conversation
on potential hires and when taken as truth the new hire effectively
becomes the mark in the trucking con game.... they win ...you loose

I recall working at a place named Western Star Transportation
out in Carson Ca.

Head dispatcher was quick to remind drivers that we were
' a dime a dozen ' if we ever barked back at anything
or complained... their turn over rate was off the charts.

I recall them stalling when it came to hiring me ... finally
the safety guy laid it on the line and said most people don't
last here 2 weeks , most hang on to the 90 day mark in order
to not be charged back their airfare to be flown out there and
did i still want to fly all the way out there and take the risk .

The entire orientation class before mine had quit before their first
week out was finished ...2 of them abandoning their trucks halfway across
the country and had someone pick them up .

Of my group i was the only one that made it .... all the others were gone
before the 90 day mark .

I stayed their right at 5 years and did just fine ....

Go figure

Well, I'm a Christian. And I don't always read my Bible every F day, but I have the utmost faith Christ.

 

Christian Slater values nobody really knows what they are. They leave the Slater out to fool people.

 

This was all over the Qualcomm a few days ago. Fired! ####ing fool he was. A ####### with a DUI.

 

It was a DUI. Company confirmed it. I still have the message on my Qualcomm.
