Are drivers wearing masks into truck stop buildings? Into receivers?

Generally no, only if required to enter. The anything less than a N95 is just about worthless to the wearer, may help the people around them. Test your mask spray something with a scent, you can smell it, it should make you doubt how good the home made mask are. I have from hauling Hazmat chemicals, glad I kept them. Also have a few real (New) NIOSH 95 respirators . People really look at you strange wearing full face protection.

I’m seeing very few people wear them except in counties or at customers that require them.

You are going to be demanded a mask at Searcy Walmart DC and checked for temperature.

They are not fooling around here.

I pretty much don't use my mask unless going into a known dirty location. And even then its not much good.

I spiked a 100.5 for 6 hours today. Fought that off. Just another episode in the covid crap. Laundry was probably the source. which is something to consider.

Those N95 masks are hard to breathe through. I wear a cloth mask where needed.

Yeah it's kind of hilarious that Walmart demands that drivers wear a mask to drop and hook at their DC while in close contact with no one except the dude out front taking your temperature but nobody is expected to wear one in an actual Walmart where people are nuts to butts all around the store.

Thats the other reason. I have trouble with them. And one more reason I don't get above 6000 feet MSL.

I don't dare complain. But I grow to really hate age.

When I hauled lime powder in bulk they fitted me with a pretty darn good mask set. Make me look like a pink bug. Ultimately I took in too much lime into the lungs and thats the end of that type of material. MRI confirmed the damage years later.

Most of our customers require them, but nobody seems to care if you actually wear it. I hang mine around my neck when I go in, and if they say anything I'll put it on. But all the gas stations and stores around here won't serve you unless you have one on.
