He had just passed a deputy that was on the side of road when he seen the flames. Deputy caught it all on his dash cam. It's had 127k views so far.

 

Well, the stretch I bought....i sold the other day. Looking for another one as we speak. But it's going to be a while till i go back to work. (Family health) think I'll call the tire shop and see if they might have an old one laying around.

You could check around at a JD or Case dealership for damaged rims. It be worth a shot.
