350.000 mi Volvo D13 losing coolant, no signs on oil dipstick or in air tanks.
    What can be the problem?
When I unscrew coolant cap the pressure is raising level up.
Cap is new, no signs of leak.

This is the time of year I always get a few cold leaks. Usually tightening hose clamps takes care of most or them.

I believe it happens because cold temperatures cause metal to contract (so coolant pipes get slightly smaller) but at the same time cause rubber to expand (so they create a gap between pipe and hose).

EGR coolers or any related hose in the system can spring small leaks and the coolant gets burned out the exhaust.

Check the egr cooler outlet port for coolant deposits... very likely the egr cooler is leaking, check ASAP, otherwise you'll spend money in your aftertreatment system too...

coolant in fuel tanks would mean that an injector cup(s) would be passing coolant into the fuel system. only when the engine is shutoff though, fuel pressure is always higher then coolant pressure when the engine is running. but when the engine is shutoff, fuel pressure is at 0 psi, and coolant pressure will still remain at approx. 10 to 15 psi, and can then pass by a damaged o-ring into the fuel system. coolant will sit at the bottom of your fuel tanks cause its heavier than fuel

Got a similar issue. Truck runs great, but coolant is going into the oil. Did a sample test and got .83% coolant in the oil. Checked the erg cooler by taking off the elbow below the Venturi pipe and I got black soot, even got a small camera in the cooler and dont see any wet or moisture.. dry soot, that's all. Did a head gasket had test using the napa kit .. with the pump and cristal tube where you pour some blue liquid and it you got a bad head or gasket or turns yellow.. well nada. All blue no problem,7th injector just got changed, new oil crank separator, no hose clamp leaks, pressurized the system using a harbor freight kit. 15 psi and no hose clamp leaks. No bubbles in the fuel tanks when the truck is running, no compressor head or gasket leak, no oil cooler leak ( but I dont know how to test it if it's bad ) ( no oil in the coolant tank or fuel separator ) hose going into the radiator elbow on the driver side is not stiff or hard .. so I got regular pressure .. and no hard start or long crank. Engine runs perfect. No drop on average fuel consumption or mpg. Wtf ?!?!?! I dint know what else to check for. I was told injector cups or injector rings? But isn't that suppoused to cause long crank ? Dont wanna star changing stuff. Oil cooler, egr cooler and cups .. that's a zillion dollars. Just guessing

Anyone had this issue. I have water in the oil for sure 100 % verified. Oil lever rises and coolant goes down. No gunk on the oil filler cap and just a bit brow - white gunk on the dip stick.
Drips water from the blow by hose.
    Anyone ?

If the leak is bad enough? Do you have coolant settle at bottom of oil when cracking the drain plug?

Drop the oil pan, pressure test the system overnight and follow the drip.
