columbia wiring

    all of the columbias in my fleet the a/c compressor does not come on. everything else works i tried to swap the relay board and the FCU from the one truck that worked but that did nothing to either truck any help would be appriciated

    Try swapping the blower motors.

    i dont see how that will help as it is electronic. there is a wire from the FCU that only has power on it when the blower speed switch is in any position exept off. changing the FCU ruled that out

    I did not see it as well. Cost me two weeks work of my life. Also have a new breaker fuse panel if anyone wants a deal. Only hooked up one time.
    Your dealer should be able to give you a diagram of the circuit on your truck. There were a couple of variations.
    Also had problems with the connectors on the ones with a combo high low pressure switch sometimes.
    That is the best I recall. Most of those trucks left here years ago.
