    Yes, they just hired a new cdl school grad this month.
    Some companies don't advertise they waive "experience required", but they do look at applications on a case by case basis. If they advertised that, they'd be flooded with applications they don't really want.

    The federal unemployment addition is 18 weeks.. 3 months experience is almost like no experience so you'll have to go with the starter company from what everyone's told me here. You could take the time off and just do some ubering and other things. While things are slow right now. Or just apply and see who takes it.

    Dutch Maid in Ohio seems to have pretty content drivers. Their equipment looks good too. Yet to see a ratty one going down the road. I'm assuming its same Dutch Maid company. Freightliner condos with white reefers green and blue logo
