Thank you for the actual answers. I just figured some of you have been down this road and could save me some time searching.
You other clowns are a good example of why I’m starting to dislike truckers.Snow Hater, lsnook24, Lumper Humper and 2 others Thank this. -
I have two non-resident permits, from Utah and Florida.
Utah is easy to get and will get you about 30 states, but Florida requires live fire.
This is a good source too.

@Ugly Brute With regards to the BB gun comments, I don’t exactly know in what context they may have been posted here, but legally they are not considered firearms.
A criminal record containing a conviction for a crime that carries a two year sentence will prohibit one federally from owning firearms, along with a dishonorable military discharge and answering “yes” to the drug questions on the federal form 4473, and that’s aside from what individual states may impose above and beyond that.
Thus, some people elect to carry air pistols. -
You forged that? Well done!
I know that you asked about the CCW. But if you are wanting to carry inside the truck, look up the state’s Castle Laws/Castle Doctrine. Completely different. In most states, you do not need a permit to protect your castle.Upinsmoke Thanks this. -
