I was going to sign the petition but they want a guaranteed rate.

I don't want any guaranteed rate.

I just want it to be illegal with severe penalties for double brokering And transparency for what the broker is being paid not only for the rate but for detention and for TONU.

After that the market will find its equilibrium.

CH Robinson didn't pay us money and use deceptive practice when charge customer for detention and other things but their brokers and supervisors lies and told they didn't charge customers. I don't even mention they keep 30-60% of the load price and made many cancellations when find someone who can haul load for cheaper. CH Robinson just try to looks good to donate money that they already stole in many ways from carriers and drivers, but they stole 1000 times and more than they donate.

2 out of 3 ain't bad. Using the search feature, in general, is highly underrated.

Also, I stopped listening to the general population at large soon after I STARTED trucking. I'm doing fine, no interest in quitting.

 

I disagree my experience is maybe 10% are fair and consistently fair. I have always believed brokers take the same off the top no matter the rates
