Mic not working

Hey y'all. Just got a new truck with new CB in it. I can hear everyone talking on ch 19, but they can't hear me. Any thoughts?

 

Sorry this took so long to respond to. I didn't get an alert that you replied. I have the gain all the way up. The CB is a Cobra, but I don't know the model bc I'm not in the truck (4 day vacation).
I'm in a brand new 2021 KW T680.
Two things I notice:
I tried to calibrate it, but the meter dial never moves to the right.
Also, when I press and hold the mic button, a green light on the CB turns red.

Unfortunately, I don't have all the info bc I have 4 days off, and I'm not in the truck.
I have a factory installed Cobra (don't know the model number) in a 2021 KW T680.
I watched some YouTube videos on setting up a new CB, and followed them. Gain is up. Volume up, squalk adjusted.
When I press and hold the mic, a green light turns red on the CB.
Also, I tried to calibrate it, but the meter doesn't move to the right.
