Hey guys,
Want your thoughts, but things seem to have picked up for me hugely this week. I got flatbed rate requests from 4 new industrial customers yesterday alone from a group of 500 emails I'd sent out 3 weeks ago. Rates seem to be improving as well.
How things looking for you other brokers? Drivers???
Thanks!

Well it never really slowed down for me. Maybe 1 week like 4 weeks ago was kind of slow. Ive been able to pre book for the last 6 weeks or so and decent rates. Loadboard is still a bloodbath but that is nothing out of the ordinary
Dave_in_AZ, Selva and KnightMare84 Thank this. -
Good for you buddy. I started brokering the first week of the lockdown. Great timing, eh? Lol. Was able to get customers still but got a lot of "we'll call you when this is over." They're definitely starting to call now so hopefully........
Unfortunately this first wave will be dwarved by the next one but I think we've got a good few months in the clear. Hopefully rates keep improving for you and the other carriers out there.

Better. Pretty much an ‘old normal’ week for me. Felt good. Real good.

I’ve been getting more emails and calls, looking for a Truck. Always a good sign

Still trash here but very slowly trending upward id say. Still a .9 load to truck. Piss poor.

Produce market is hot. $4 - $5 per mile loads from Nogales
KnightMare84 Thanks this.
