People who went trucking recently and borrowed heavily to buy equipment at artificially higher prices might not have the luxury of parking. This resembles a ponzy scheme, where some forces through the media kept pushing the “drivers shortage” idea to get to this mess.

 

"transparency" isn't going to work. Someone will always take the load for cheaper, and you are back where it started from...
