I love being home and hate being gone. The truck was a necessity to get my shop moved.

I got a house to build here next year i hope.

How's your boys foot doing? Didn't you say he wacked hisself pretty good with a hatchet. Hope it heals up well..

 

Ok then? I just had to adjust the tool box on my trailer 2”. The passenger side was 2” lower than the drivers side. Trailer dealer installed the original brackets back in 07.
Now time for some day drinking, And taking some of @stwik advice.

@TripleSix best I could do. Its amazing the ice beat the crap out of the cab but hardly touched the hood.

 

Yeah that was me. I had just topped a tree in the front yard and let him and his sister wack away at the limbs while i climbed down and got out of my gear. Then the familiar scream of terror from behind.

Hes flailing on the porch in one boot with blood dripping from a bare foot. I did the daddy bolt over to him and quickly determined that he was gonna be fine. Perfectly clean little slit about 3/8 long. Bandaid, neosporin, tape, hug, boot back on and finish the job. He did a pretty good job cutting through a leather cowboy boot tho, it was my hatchet and #### sharp.

Better a hatchet wound at 6 than a lawnmower wound at 9. The equipment dont have any brains kid. So you better start using your own.

Next afternoon on his bike, full digger on rock driveway. Hes a scabby fellow today. Tough when he aint whining for attention.

 

My project for the day. Paint, plant, quickcrete.

 

Neighbor doing his neighborly thing. Going around and tilling the neighborhoods gardens. ran out of gas at my driveway, so I took my can and topped his farmall off and away he went.

 

Your both on the list. Guess I'll have to wait till at least 3pm for a cold snack!
