1990s COE

Die cast of the ‘70’s. I cannot find an actual pic of a real one. Seems they were picture shy back then. 1990’s 1980’s

 

I can't remember what they had back then. I applied in 1989, the manager said " how old are you kid?" I said 21. He said " come back when your 23". I think it was an insurance thing back then.

 

I started driving in 1992. JBHunt. I went out with a trainer in a 1989 International 9700 . Setback axle, spring ride, L-10 Cummins, 9 speed, no Jake, 300 horsepower. With a heavy load it would climb a steep grade at 14 mph in 4th gear.
$.21/mile. I stayed one year and 4 days and got outta there.

 

I believe they had a small Cummins, not sure of the hp. I do think you could beat one up hill on a skateboard
