Where is everyone #5

Had a wonderful night in Reliance, SD. I didn't do a darn thing. I didn't even get out of the truck when I shut down. I put the curtains up, turned the radio and APU on and went to sleep. No TV, no truck stops, no nothing. Not a bad night on Interstate-90.

Now, the morning was totally different. The sounds of metal crashing and sliding on the interstate woke me up. I take the curtains down and see an overturned truck that was pulling double tankers. Interstate-90 westbound has been shut down at the 251 yardstick. The backup on the westbound side extends to at least Oacoma, SD which is almost 10 miles. South Dakota has the signs flashing to show the interstate was shut down. I hope the driver is okay.

 

Yes it was a crappy place to park but I made a boo-boo and didn't realize my clock didn't change time zones so I had to stop ASAP because I drove for an hour after the "30 minutes after sunset" rule. Oops, my bad.

 

That looks good!! That sausage is flinging a craving on me!!

 

If they hadn’t told me it was a future middle school I woulda left that jobsite thinking I delivered to a future prison.........

 

You have to go to a real restaurant to get sausage like that. World’s better tasting than that slimy rubbery stuff that they serve in the big chain breakfast restaurants like Denny’s and IHOP.

or cook them yourself.

 

Ever walk into a pawn shop with a mask on and everyone inside gets jumpy and anxious? Corona virus, bullet, corona virus, bullet. Heck with the corona virus.

“Sir, next time, you have to put a mask on before you enter.”

Ummm, okay?

 

Beginning to think writing a check would be easier !!! Got a late start today.
