Engine Power Shortage, Turbo Problems etc. No engine light - D13 780

Yes we checked injectors on the computer. First cylinder injector doesnt show any activity when you turn it off and on, all of the other ones are good. We are still checking what is causing the engine shaking etc.

The turbo had to be programed as the VGT was not changed,

I will post later on when know whats happening.

 

So finally I have the result to the whole issue.

What came out as problem maker is that 2 of the air intake valves on cylinder one got burned out and damaged. First one was just gone and 2nd one wasnt closing. I got cylinder head regenerated with all new valves etc. The reason behind it could be that the 7th injector was leaking fuel to the system all the time, at least thats what the mechanic said.

So what got replaced is - turbo, 7th injector, cylinder head regen with all new valves etc., cylinder one injector, def pump, seals on the engine.

Total cost about 15k not including the one guy that ####ed up the turbo installation in first place.

Truck is running as new
