You're a step ahead of me - I still haven't shot anything I was proud of even for a moment lol. Kind of like concrete flat work. I know I'm going to eff it up, but for some reason I don't hire it out.

I dont think I would paint my own to this day. I was at a fleet. Thier expectations were low.
Put fenders one day on a center class hood after a wreck. Painted the whole hood base/clear one day. We didnt have a paint booth. Just in a shop bay. I had this thing looking good. It was wet,wet with clear. I was still learning and trying to do a great job. Go up to office and a second shift guy walks in and opens the bay door. Very windy day and a stone parking lot out back.
Spend 3 days sanding it out again. -

I would have to look but I have seen them on interwebs. The frame around speedo is about 120 bucks. Only hard part is if you have a mechanical water temp gauge. Your gonna have to take it out via water manifold back threw dash. I would suggest having a new one ready to go. -
The driver side seems to be holding up pretty well. All the fasteners are still in place left, center, & right of the steering wheel. My problem is the big panel in the center, the one that's angled toward the driver.. Its down to 3 out of 5 screws holding it on, & the supply valve mount back there is all eff'd up..
Think I'll grab some of that 3m panel bond & start smearing for now. -
The freight broker forum is wearing me out. Every day its a new shmuck who wants yalls money redistributed.
