    Supposedly the owner passed. Then the arse hole neighbor altered the drainage and flooded where the truck is parked. Water never made it to the hubs but it looks quite sunk. Its because of this neighbor we are not permitted to haul in more the 5 loads of fill a year with out county permit, and survey.

    Someone actually sells a precut steel piece for that. Put on in the mrs. 9900 last fall when her brake valves almost fell thru the dash. It's not cheap, but it's a perfect fix.
