    871 isx with coolant loss. Truck was in twice with no issue found. Started going for the hail mary and pulled the fuel doser. Bam. Small dribble comes out, get alot worse when hot.
    First and only one I have ever seen do that.

    I'm glad you folks stick around this site. Aside from a couple oil changes I've never touched an ISX. Learn so much from these threads.

    We have two Mack's with MP7 engines and both had doser leak coolant into exhaust. They look a lot like a Cummins doser and have numbers on them that are very similar to Cummins emissions solutions P/N's. First one started leaking so fast you would of sworn it was a HG or cracked head.

    2016 ISX DEF doser from my dad’s Kenworth. Looks like it’s all crystallized shut.

    Its funny for as much as I love trucks I really don't have a huge desire to work on them. I like picking away at my W900 but that's really as far as the desire goes. Heavy equipment is my thing.

    jamespmack and Shawn2130 Thank this.

    I would be about the same. I love driving trucks, I do like wrenching on them.

    Then some stupid cluster **** has to happen then I have to send the truck to Cat to be fixed. Then I grab another Cat powered truck to drive until that truck gets fixed.

    I’m on truck number 3 now. Freightliner with C15 ACERT is getting a engine rebuild, Ford with 3406E just pooped something fuel related today, now I’m driving a Pete with 3406B Cat.

    spsauerland: :laughing6::laughing6::laughing6::laughing6::laughing6:

    Sure looks like it! This Pete is already on engine #2 so it’s got a long life ahead of it yet.
