That’s more than I need to mess with.
As far as I’m concerned 5-7 axles is plenty. I’ll leave that sort of thing to the likes of Six and Big Ronny.
What's it like transporting heavy equipment?

TripleSix Thanks this.

Is there any technical difference between a "pusher axle" and a "lift axle" when spec'ing a 4 axle tractor for HH use?
-
For heavy haul they are in the pusher position and generally you will want the axel spacing at 54” for the tandem and the pusher, but state laws vary so it may depend on were you run -
-
Will the machine be :
#1 cleaned and
#2 sitting in a location where you can easily load it
#3 with all of its attachments
#4 will it start?
I really doubt it.
