King pin prices

    So 2013 pete 386, 815,000 miles. Getting new bushing on front leaf spring s. Have bout 3 months left on drivers side kp. What are the avg price for getting king pins installed?

    thats about right. all depends if the king pins need a little extra work with heat to bang them out. believe it or not, sometimes they do come out on their own

    you mentioned that one side was in need of repiar. do them both. im sure you know that but saying it anyway just in case

    I took mine to inter. dealer in Atl. and told them to put bushings on R. side only for 380$, but they said same thing after they got it up on jack/stands he handed me a tire bar and the L. side moved less but went ahead and let them do both sides for 760$ and it quit making banging sounds on turns?

    I’m going to do mine myself. Sometimes if they’re real bad, axle gets eggholed. 2mil+ miles. I may need to call the “Axle Surgeon”. I hear they have very good kits, and will come to you, and do the whole Job, in which case, is cheaper than a shop doing them and needs to call them, due to Shop up-charges $$$$ ?????
