Ac is blowing warm so I have it checked for leaks and do a evacuate and recharge. But the fan stopped blowing up front, still blows strong in the back. Is there two separate fans? Is so where is the fuse for the front fan?

Yes, you have two ac blowers, one in front and the sleeper climate unit has its own blower condenser .
The fuses for AC blower are under the dash, remove the screws behind upper cup holder, read the list under inside the cover shows fuse/relay number for each component, and every fuse relay has a number next to it . I'm not in truck, but if remember correctly #24 is for front blower, not sure. Could be the climate control unit bad or expansion valve. Just some sample videos, you'll find lots more on YT, but i started some jobs at home on the driveway watching YouTube and had to tow the truck to shop, the real world is not as easy like watching videos in fast forward mode.

If the blower is bad, is not difficult to replace yourself, i did few times, just have to remove the panels in front of passenger seat.

Thank you. Because it still works in sleeper. I wasnt sure if there were two fan motors.
I had already looked in the fuse box under the cup holder. Didnt see fuse labeled for ac fan. Will look again since its daylight, or will just start pulling and checking one by one. If I have to replace the fan motor. That should be a easy job. Had to do that twice in my freightliner.

Well after checking again, and pulling each fuse one at a time. I can say its not the fuse! So on your the blower motor. Gadd Zukes volvo has a lot of steps to get to it. Freightliner was easy 2 screws and your there. Anyway I'm gonna be SUPER pissed if I remove it and it works on the bench.
