Were to busy working and making money to ever think about getting sick

 

I think my whole family was sick with this thing back in December, but I gotta go do an antibody test to find out for sure.

 

Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd

 

I'm not saying you didn't, but the largest majority of those tested did not.

Over 1.6 million tested and less than 6% had it.

Not very good odds.

 

I'm reading this tread, and a few things come to mind. Actually questions.
1) How are brokers screwing O/O's.
If the O/O AGREED on the linehaul?
2) If O/O's are constantly bidding Down
The rate, why is that the Brokers fault?
3) What would O/O's do if uncle Sam says that the drivers can only make 8% or 12% or 15% gross...etc.. on any load
As well? Effectively capping O/O profits as well?
4) Are 0/0's truly Independent? If they need to rely on brokers and the government to help them?
5) Why don't 0/0's simply become Brokers if that is where the money is?

These questions are asked with all due respect.

 

Another thought/question... what if in all transparency, the 0/0's have to devulge their operation expenses...and the government says they get x$ above that... I mean the government can toss out some crazy crap!
Now 0/0 can't fudge operation numbers, cuz it'll be in some data base on which his/her taxes are based upon...

 

Very valid questions. All correct.

Im an independent who uses brokers and is also a broker.

Why don’t some others? Everyone is different but overall it’s easier to complain.
