Just curious, how can you be a trainer with 1 1/2 years total experience?

At prime you only needed 9 months experience with a winter under your bely. I believe your fuel MPG had to be within a range. But I qualified. Did 5 students and the only 1 I didn't choose was the worst. When he complained he couldnt climb onto the top bunk using the truck built in steps i should have known. I do flatbed fyi. But i got him threw and went local.

Now I dont agree with this but it is what it is. I will admit after 1 year of driving you still are a noob with lots to learn. But i did TX area MOSTLY and l had learned most the shipper/receivers and found it pretty easy letting me focus enough of my time and energy to teach a student enough to pass a drivers test. And I actually enjoyed it and net several good guys ... Id be up to doing it again. I did first phase only. No tnt. It was more profitable for company driver that way. I made about 1600 to 2100 a week after taxes, ECT. You could make more after a year of students once more bonuses start adding up. You could make 100,000/year after a year of students or more.. But sone people dont like training. Ehile training i got home every other weekend.

So driving 1 winter and good mpg makes you a trainer?

I clearly stated in my last post i dont agree with primes rules about trainer eligibility. But thats how it is and in primes book i was qualified.

You were the same person to leave the first negative comment on this post to me.. Then incorrectly stated I did a lease with Prime which I didn't. Move on bro and lose the bad attitude.

So just because Prime says that you are qualified that makes you a trainer? Sure nothing could go wrong there...bro

So, it worked out for you, every driver has different experiences, can not discount one against another.

Yeah. I was literally only trying to be helpful to girl giving her facts about training pay and time spent training and here comes p609 starting the negative comment gravy train and then stating false information adding fuel to the fire... Then I come back to give a detailed update with more factual information about my experience and whos the first one to leave negative comments? P609.

PRIME and CRST are both bottom feeder driver mills.not lots of differences, do your time and move on.
