The difference, I believe is if you end up in Bankruptcy Court, All creditors have an option to dispute a discharge of debts. Guidelines are in place, such as credit card purchases, over $300, if I remember correctly, within 3 mos. of filing. Sales of assets within 1 yr. My fear would be having a lien placed against the equity of my house, for instance, as a result of Bankruptcy, or default.

Well with the hyper inflation from all this free money that monthly payment willl be about t-bone dinner at Denny's in about three years.

Lol, I’m not in that bad of financial shape, yet. I have 40% equity in my home, my payment is less than rent. Truck,Trailer, and vehicles paid for. Aside from the recent overhaul, ($17000 put on credit cards), and a couple hospital bills, on a payment plan. I’m good. Im trying to keep debt down. Until recently, I have been operating cash out of pocket, paid off 2 big hospital bills, back to back. But got hit with 2 more last yr. along with downtime. I’m patient, and cautious these days, especially with the costs of Trucking. Have to watch every penny, with 1 or 100 Trucks. It can get out of hand very quick. Like patching holes in a sinking Ship.

That’s how I found it, searched sba. Give it time, mine just came in on the 25th. Last letter was 5-2 saying they didn’t forget about Me. You should have gotten that one too.

It is up to 30 years, there's no prepay penalty. You can pay it back after 3, 5, 10 years... Which gives you a lot of flexibility. Meanwhile you can score some forgiveness, plus a big win if the dollar loses some of it's
    value in the near future.
Yes, there will be bankruptcies and fraud related to these loans.

Even you were not order to shut down, you could do it anyway because of your safety. Also the
rates took a big dive right after the shutdown.
Yes, there's a big hardship for the trucking business due to this virus. And this is just the
    beginning.
