Hello Guys, thinking of RETURNING to HH as a Company driver but wanted to get some real time input on whether or not to leave my current dry van position, with all the COVID19 stuff going on i know it's uncertain times we're in, but are you Company HEAVY HAUL guys still doing well with your weekly NET INCOME? or has COVID19 tanked your weekly paycheck?
I typically take home $1600+ weekly are you guys in that neighborhood or much less?
Want to get back to BIG BOY TRUCKN, but don't want to take too much of a pay cut.,
Thank You in Advance.,

Net income is impossible to say because of way too many factors. State income tax, city income tax, any deductions like child support or back taxes or any number of items.

I run OTR step as a company driver. My average weekly net has been 1200-1300 getting around 2000-2400 miles a week. Miles are down so net is down. HH will pat more as you already know. But these are some numbers that you asked about. I know it’s not HH but no one seemed to be helping you out.
disclaimer: My net is higher because I have fewer deductions (no medical, dental, and vision) that’s already covered from my first career retirement.
hope this helps somewhat.Kawinige01 Thanks this. -

Most of the heavy Haul places that move 'big stuff' pay salary so pay hasn't changed. While we have slowed somewhat it's still been steady. I gross 1500 a week but add a very nice bonus every quarter.
cke Thanks this.
