    What's a descent rate a dump truck owner operator in washington should charge for truck only and truck with pup? Thanks- Joe

    $115-$125 an hour, 4 hour minimum, anything over 4 automatically becomes 8

    When's the best time to start and stop the clock? Start as soon as the truck leaves the house or when you get to the yard to get loaded? Thanks abyliks

    Usually when you arrive on site until you dump the final load, you may be able to negotiate travel time with some customers though

    I've been out of the loop for PNW trucking prices the last couple of years, that number sounds low ballpark to ballpark for solo though.

    Lot more work up that way for truck and pup than solo.

    I am hauling with my own driver with my 10 wheel dump truck for another company not sure what to charge per hour in upstate NY. Any advice or going rates? Is there another forum I should be asking this on?? new to this.

    How much weight can you run on the 10 wheeler. Upstate like syracuse-roch-buff area?

    going to depend how it’s spec but I want to say ny is 66k for a ten wheeler

    I'm not really sure. I was thinking just with a 10 wheeler that would limit a lot of your options trying to compete with the R permits

    Yea if your doing any kind of stocking or tonage work I’d think you would want a Tri axle with a pup to get your 117k in, ten wheeler is like for building houses and landscaping and such
