Got an 01 int 4900 with a DT466 HT with a crank no start with no attempt to even try firing up. Will run on spray. Pre-egr and single engine mounted ecm no idm. Single 3 wire cam sensor.

Ecm powers up and communicates. No faults come on active or inactive. Fuel psi is at 60psi while cranking. Stays at 50psi when keys off so it's not losing prime or delivery pressure. Has passed Standard KOEO test, injector buzz test, output tests passed with no faults. Icp pressure reads 900s when cranking and matches ecms desired icp pressure. Intake tube is off going into the top. Do get the spray smoke out of exhaust when running off of spray so mufflers not plugged up. Fuel is flowing through the head. Removed returned line and fuel does come out when cranking.

Backprobed cam signal at ecm and its reading and changing signal at around 2.5v. The slotted tone ring for cam sensor is not loose. Replaced cam sensor and pigtail just to be sure sensor wasn't throwing bad reading. Getting a 5v, gnd, and return signal. Swapped out the ecm with a test ecm and had same results and readings.

Cannot find a wiring diagram or information on International Delivers or anywhere online for the engine mounted ecm. Only the 3 module option with it being a cab mounted ecm and seperate idm.

I've tried and tested everything I can think of.

Can you show cranking rpm and cranking voltage?

Cranking rpms at 160-175 for over a min.
    Voltage stays above 10.5v

Was able to get a diagram from the Lead tech at closest dealer. Verified I had the correct pins for the cam and that the voltage reading for cam signal was within spec. Posted it for any other that try finding it.

Any smoke out the exhaust during/after cranking to indicate any fuel being injected? Can you do an injector buzz test to make sure each solenoid is working? Has this truck been sitting for a while? if you get no smoke at all, I wonder if the injectors are all stuck internally.

Was initially a service call. Driver said it started running rough then died like it ran out of fuel. Wouldn't restart. Ended up having them tow it back to the shop after the service call checked over it and ran some tests.

No smoke while cranking. Injectors did pass the buzz test. I was thinking the same that injectors gave out. Fuel sample was good and their storage tanks are filtered and go through fuel pretty quick. Pulled them today and they are getting sent out to be tested in the morning.

@Heavyd Heard back yesterday from the injector shop. 2 of the injectors were not opening. The other 4 were barely squirt any fuel out.
