IMHO, he and his cohorts should all be prosecuted for Murder, Being present during the commission of the crime makes the other officers guilty by association. I don not support the violence in anyway shape or form, and they should be prosecuted also, for attacking the Police (or anyone else they attacked) with deadly force, as well as the damage to public property, buildings, looting, burn buildings. The law should be exercised to the max both directions.
And by the way supporting your heritage what ever it maybe does not make you a racist. I'm proud of my Irish/English Ancestry.

The autopsy revealed the foot on his neck didn't kill him the trauma from being arrested cause have some kind of heart attack it with his underlying conditions you can think they should all be prosecuted for mass murder but that's not how it works
so get prepared for the conviction good thing when looking at other cases it's got a good chance of not turning out how the rioters want650cat425 Thanks this. -
They are guilty of withholding medical to an injured prisoner, There is no way to know if that withheld medical could have saved his life, What we do know for sure is that it did cost him his life, and that cop has a history of abuse of force, multiple times in the past, so (IMHO) that makes the department guilty as well. The officers that showed up ask him to get off the prisoner and he refused they should have removed him (he officer) to allow for medical that was on scene to attend the injuries. What he will get will be less because he is a cop, and hopefully the debit will be settled once hes in the prison system.650cat425 Thanks this.

The prosecutor is smart going for Murder 3. Hotheaded DA's love to go for Murder 1 on high profile cases and botch the trial. Proving intent is VERY difficult. (Unless he left a manifesto on the nightstand or online, "today I will kill someone".)
Only question is, will this cop make it to trial or will he get the Epstein? It's possible he might get "lost" in general population.Gearjammin' Penguin, mjd4277 and 650cat425 Thank this. -
Exactly. Right now Chauvin is on Suicide Watch. Murder 2 or 3/ Manslaughter is easier to charge and/or convict. With Murder 1 you have to prove there was PREMEDITATION/CRIMINAL INTENT to kill someone.650cat425 Thanks this.

Problem is if the autopsy is correct and he died of some kind of anxiety attack the the foot on neck might have contributed too gonna be hard to prove that as 3rd degree
So get ready for nation wide la riot -
You notice how the media keeps withholding the "Intoxicants" found in his system? 2 prior convictions for cocaine...
Consequences of Cocaine Addiction
Just saying.......650cat425 Thanks this.
