So.....perhaps they should have thrown him in the patty wagon after he was in cuffs, instead of cuffing him and proceeding to murder the dude. I have literally no idea how a toxicology report even matters.
I don't believe in anarchy and rioting either. Just a distraction. I do believe that cop should spend the rest of his life behind bars enjoying 12 inches of forced love until he kills himself though.

I believe in the police, the rule of law and our constitution. I don't believe any man deserves to be hand cuffed and choked out by a low level scumbag cop. It's what separates us from fascists. We all know 99% of police are good. We also know it's not going to stop even when a kill is justified, but I do think it's important to keep our eye on the ball and recognize when it's not. I have no use for the rioters, or antifa crowd.
I will put it more simple. You can justify the actions of that officer all you want, but only a straight up ##### would cuff a man then kill him. It's not about race for me. That's not America.
