Why does that loan being on your credit report surprise you?

Thanks for the information. My husband started working for Stevens in March. They said it was going to be four weeks of training, and then he would get his own truck. He was gone for 3 1/2 months before he got to come home for 5 days. I haven't been very happy with them so far. Does anyone know anything about the Alliance program they have? If so I would be happy to hear any advice.

Thanks for your informative post, Do you have any advice for my boyfriend? Regardless of all the bad news about them, they were the only company to hire him fast enough to support our family. Is he TOTALLY screwed?

True blue. I went through their school back in 2007, cause I surrendered my CDL a few years before (big mistake!). Company pissed me off, so when my trainer got a load going through my home state, I bolted off the truck. Nothing egative on my DAC, and they're "tuition" didn't even show up on my credit report. Upside? Got my CDL back for free! So sometimes you can win against these bandits.

I guess things changed after "The Rev" died. Sad to hear if true. As for me, I didn't have that experience. To each his own.
