    Ive looked all over it and cant find a brand or part number or any marking on it at all..

    Roger that, I was gonna try and look it up for you. How about taking a piece of plexi, scribing the right size circle and cutting it out?

    Yeah i was definatly thinking that as well, i dont really have the tools in my truck for that tho. Ill have to take a look around when i get home and see what i could find

    Good man tidbitt. Your approach is definitely the honest way. Although i think it could have just as easily fell out. Lights get broke once in awhile.

    Hey until ya can do a permanent fix ya could cover it with some lens repair tape from the parts store to keep moisture out of it. Just a thought.

    This isn't exactly the same, came from fleet pride. The lens may fit it..?

    If you dont find exactly what you want at TA you can snag one. Mounts the exact same way at least..

    I see i am late on this post. But on the same note..after cutting plexi lay it in. When you are gonna be shut down for a few hours get a tube of silcone and run a nice bead around it. Seal and holds it. Your choice of color on the tube of silcone.
